Razz uses a 52-card deck with the pot prize going to the player with the lowest hand. As we have mentioned, Razz poker is a variation of seven stud poker game, which means the rules will also apply. The difference in Razz is the starting player. The player who has the highest value up card will start the game with a bet.
The player will have two options to start the game: check or bet. To check is the same as to call. However, since there is no wager to match, you are calling nothing.

Since the game is played similarly to seven-card stud, it is easy to follow. The game will start when two cards are dealt for the players face down.
